I don’t have any pictures of this evening… I think I was too in shock to breathe let alone think to take a picture… What an incredible benefit for BCEFA at New World Stages. What a charming and funny… 70’s jukebox musical written and directed by Seth Rudetsky and Jack Plotnick. Set up more as a reading than an actual show, it was still a master class being able to watch each of the actors involved. And it was all thanks to my amazing friend Saum Eskandani who YET AGAIN, put his neck on the line and vouched for my talent. You’re literally the best.
I had a phone call with my mother after the concert (which was only a couple months after moving to the city) in which I told her, I think I’m done. I’ve made it. What a cool thing to be a part of so soon after moving to the city. I felt quite undeserving yet honored to be a part of it.
